The Indigenous Screen Office is seeking your support

Please use form letter, sign and email to the contact below addressed to the Heritage Minister’s office.

We are seeking support for our request for a permanent allocation of funding through the Department of Canadian Heritage to create the Indigenous Story Fund, which will support Indigenous content creation across all existing and future screen-based platforms. The Story Fund will be a flexible and response funding model that will provide support for Indigenous storytelling on screen, from early development through production, distribution and exhibition.

If you are a person who believes in the right of Indigenous peoples to use their own voice to tell their own stories, then you can support the ISO-BEA and call on the Canadian government to uphold their commitment to the reconciliation process by continuing to fund this organization in particular, support for the Indigenous Story Fund.

Thank you.
