The Indigenous Screen Office is inviting Indigenous producers who have produced at least one feature-length film commercially released in theaters or commercially distributed on global video streaming platforms to apply for participation in a delegation for The Producers Network, a dedicated program for producers, and the ultimate rendezvous for connection, creation and collaboration!

Apply for participation in a delegation at The Producers Network at Cannes International Film Festival taking place from May 12-23, 2026

The application must include; CV, current slate of projects and statement of interest outlining the value that attending The Producers Network would bring to their career. Producers must have an established track record and minimum 51% ownership of a registered company in Canada. ISO will provide support for five mid to senior level feature film producers, this includes:
- $4,500.00 CAD stipend; and
- Accreditation for the Producers Network 2026.
Only one (1) producer per company may apply.
Delegates will be responsible for booking all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, meals, airport transfers and incidental expenses. The stipend is intended to offset expense and is allocated as a fixed sum, with no provision for supplementary funds. A Budget summary will need to be sent to Melanie Nepinak Hadley, ISO’s VP of Industry, Partnerships and Growth one week prior to travel.
In addition to travel funding support and accreditation, the ISO’s delegation will also be included in all The Producers Network special programming which includes:
- Breakfast and Brunch Meetings – The access is only for Producers Network Badge holders
- Producers Networking opportunities
Access to the Producers Network events & meetings is restricted to active producers.
Delegates will be responsible for managing their own schedules and arranging meetings outside of The Producers Network programming. A personal schedule summary will need to be sent to Melanie Nepinak Hadley, ISO’s VP of Industry, Partnerships and Growth one week prior to travel.
A final summary report will need to be emailed 30 days after travel is completed.
